Our Returns Policy
 
Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know by email at customerservices@narboroughhall.co.uk within seven working days. You will then need to return the whole order to us in it's original packaging at your own expense. Once we have received the complete order back we will refund the cost of the items and the original delivery charge paid.
 
Returns

If you wish to return an item please notify us via email at customerservices@narboroughhall.co.uk within twenty eight working days. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. The returns must reach us in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 28 days so please package them adequately. If an item is returned outside of the 28 days or is not in resaleable condition a credit note will be issued at the discretion of Narborough Hall. We recommend CollectPlus for returns.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that a parcel or product arrives damaged please contact customer services via email at customerservices@narboroughhall.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. Please note it may take up to 21 days to process a return.
 

Personalised products

Items made to your specifications are exempt from the distance selling regulations and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
