Black Friday (24th November)/Cyber Monday (27th November)

Please note, due to the large volume of orders we expect during this time and the increased volume of orders for our couriers, it's inevitable that our delivery times will be longer than usual. Throughout this period and the subsequent week, please allow an additional few days for your order to be dispatched and an additional few days for it to be delivered, on top of our usual estimates. 

Please allow 7 working days starting from the day after you place your order for your order to arrive before contacting us; you can always track the delivery of your order by using the tracking details provided in your dispatch confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Christmas Delivery

Final posting dates for delivery in time for Christmas are as follows:

Standard Delivery - order by 3pm Thursday 21st December 2017.

Express Delivery - order by 3pm Thursday 21st December 2017.

Saturday Delivery (for 23rd December only) - order by 3pm Friday 22nd December 2017 (this option will be added w/c 18th December and will be available for an increased cost).

International Delivery - last posting dates vary depending on the destination. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm these with our courier. Below are a few popular destinations and last posting dates.

For Australia, order by 3pm Friday 8th December

For Germany, order by 3pm Wednesday 13th December

For the USA, order by 3pm Thursday 14th December

Please note a SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL DELIVERIES so please ensure you've selected an appropriate delivery address and that someone will be available to receive the delivery; we accept no responsibility for orders which are not delivered in time for Christmas because no one was available to take delivery of the parcel.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday 22nd December, will not be dispatched until Thursday 28th December, including orders requiring our express delivery service.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service is just £3.99 or free if you spend £49.99 or more.

  • Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail.
  • The majority of orders are dispatched within 1 day of the order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery estimates are between 2 and 4 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A signature will be required, so please ensure you've selected an appropriate delivery address and that someone will be available to receive the parcel.
  • We cannot accept delivery preferences such as 'leave in porch' as these are not possible when using a signed for service.
  • This is a semi-tracked service; you'll be able to see when the order was dispatched and when it has been delivered.
  • Please be advised, if you are not available to receive your order and do not collect it from your local delivery office and it is returned to us, you will be charged another delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again.

Express Delivery

Our express delivery service guarantees your order for delivery the next available working day, when placed before 3pm and is just £7.99. 

  • Our express delivery service is via Royal Mail.
  • Any orders placed before 3pm using this service, will be delivered the following working day.
  • Any orders placed after 3pm using this service, will likely be dispatched the following working day, for delivery the day after that (for example if you place your order at 5pm on Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday).
  • Orders placed during the weekend or over public holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.
  • A signature will be required, so please ensure you've selected an appropriate delivery address and that someone will be available to receive the parcel.
  • We cannot accept delivery preferences such as 'leave in porch' as these are not possible when using a signed for service.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Exceptions

Occasionally, some orders are too large or too heavy for us to send via Royal Mail. In this case, we will use a courier. Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days. You will be able to see if your order is sent via a courier, by checking the tracking information on your dispatch email or by accessing it through your account.

International Delivery

We have 2 international delivery options, depending on where you are.

Standard delivery to Europe is £9.99, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days.

Standard delivery to the rest of the World is £20, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days.

You will be advised the appropriate delivery option during the checkout process.

We regret that we cannot offer any express delivery options overseas.

Click & Collect

You can now collect your online order in store for free, just select "store collection" as your delivery preference during the checkout process. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection; this is usually within a couple of hours, but due to multiple premises, we advise you wait for the confirmation email before collecting.

Please note, if you select this option but require delivery, you will be contacted to pay a delivery charge.

Invalid and Incorrect Addresses

Should you give an invalid delivery address and your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, you will be charged a delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again. Should you request a refund, we will refund your total order value, minus any delivery costs.

Likewise, should you give an incorrect delivery address and don't let us know before we dispatch your order, you will have to place a new order for us to resend the order to the correct address, in the case that we cannot retrieve the original delivery. We will refund the initial order costs (minus any delivery charges) if the first order is returned to ourselves.
